This is just a quick post as I sit here at the Apple store waiting for my appointment at the Genius bar. I mentioned the other day that I’d picked up a MacBook, but I didn’t mention that I bought it used. The guy I bought it from was a super nice guy and the laptop is for all intents and purposes in great shape from a functionality standpoint. I’m only a little concerned about some discoloration on the case that apparently plagued the first run of MacBooks. From what I’ve read online Apple is replacing these cases for free and I hope I’ve got a good shot at a replacement, especially considering I have an AppleCare warranty on it. Either way, I just figured I’d write this as a precursor to a post titled either A) ‘Apple is Awesome for Fixing my MacBook’ OR B) ‘Steve Jobs Murders Puppies Atop Undeserved Piles of Money’. P.S. On a side note, these Apple LED Cinema Displays are TASTY good.
