Happy Halloween!

Yes, Halloween is here and will soon be gone.  If you remember, I committed at the beginning of the month to 31 days of horror.  While I didn’t quite hit that mark, we did generally have more Halloween-centric stuff that in the past.  Here’s a list of all the horror stuff we covered this month so have a great Halloween and get ready all you writers because NanoWriMo starts tomorrow!

Review: Ghostbusters #1

Oh man, I can’t tell you how pleased I was to find this last week.  While most of my comics come from Marvel, DC, and Image (in that order), I never picked up much from IDW.  However, I had absolutely no idea they would be publishing a new, ongoing Ghostbusters comic.  I’d had some vague familiarity with Ghostbusters comics before, but having by chance stumbled upon the first issue of the next big series filled me the kind of elation normally reserved for those doused in positively-charged mood slime.

Ghostbusters Game Exclusivity Clarified

There's something oddly suggestive about this screenshotJust in case anyone else was upset and disturbed (grin) by the news that Ghostbusters would be a timed, PS3-exclusive you can put those fears to rest! That is, unless you’re European, where it actually still is a timed exclusive. I probably should have made that a bit clearer, but it’s not as if Europe isn’t used to getting screwed over by the gaming industry. You can get the full scoop over at Destructoid.
