Notice Any Similarities?

After Joshua and I beat Heavy Rain last week we unlocked a “Behind the Scenes – Making Of” for the game. One of the options for the “Making Of” is to watch an interview with all of the different voice actors used and to take a look at the sheer number of applicants they got wanting to be part of the Heavy Rain project. If you enjoyed Heavy Rain as much as we did you’ll be quite thrilled to discover how similar the developers got the characters to look to their voice actors – it’s insane. You can look at a picture of them here or just watch the video.

Heavy JASON!

If you’ve played PS3′s new all-star exclusive Heavy Rain, then you know that it is beautiful, has an A+ storyline, interesting characters and blah blah blah. Heavy Rain Demo Impressions

Heavy Rain’s many looks

To the left of this text is Japan’s cover for the heavily anticipated Heavy Rain, due out February 23 for those of us stateside. I have no idea what an unidentifiable male face is supposed to signify, but I’m sure once I play it I will be green with envy over Japan’s cover art. The United States’ is probably the lamest so far: in my opinion the characters kind of take away from the artistic simplicity it could have been, like on the European cover (featuring a bloody origami creature). Which cover do you prefer?
