In all truthfulness I stole this post from Joshua, but my defense is that I did it because I love Left 4 Dead more. I love it so much, that I would be willing to do anything to get my hands on a copy of this game: a Left 4 Dead de-make for the NES. So Makato Wada, an original member of the development team that ported Punch-Out!! recently revealed a 22 year old secret regarding the NES classic. Are you ready? To get that ever-elusive body-blow on Bald Bull there is a cue that will keep you in tune with the timing required. Right when he charges, there is a light in the right of the audience that flashes to alert you. Alright, it may not be an epic secret, but to me, a long-time fan I can’t believe back then and even today that it never occurred to me to look into the audience for clues. It makes sense when you think about it considering other visual cues among the boxers, but it’s baffling for me to think no one caught this after over 20 years.
