I’m blogging this from my iPhone because my Dad’s on my machine playing WoW at the moment. Much as I’d love to talk about WoW in this post I just wanted to say quickly that more posts are coming, but with family in for Nicole’s graduation ceremony tomorrow (I’m exCEEDINGLY proud of her, btw) it’s been a bit hectic. So, stay tuned and we should be back on course soon!

30 Day Video Game Challenge: Day 6
Aaaand we’re back and in case you’re all wondering- yes, I sorted out the wings situation and it was delicious. This video’s a little bit different because we brought on a debonaire friend of ours, Kyle. So watch below and enjoy as we continue our (admittedly slow-paced) trek through 30 days of moderately hard-hitting video game questions!
30 Day Video Game Challenge: Day 5
Nicole and I are back at it after a brief Easter hiatus. Enjoy and be sure to comment in response to the video game question of the day!
30 Day Video Game Challenge: Day 4
Last time we talked about our favorite SNES game and while Nicole and I had a bit of a disagreement on the eligibility of Super Mario All Stars, we still had fun debating it. Today’s question is a bit more broad than I’d have liked, but we soldiered through it just the same. Oh, and just for the record- my selection was not that obscure. I’ll be looking to all of you Raziel fans out there to voice your support!
30 Day Video Game Challenge: Day 3
Alrighty so yesterday we asked you about your favorite fighting game. Today? Well watch to find out!
30 Day Video Game Challenge: Day 2
And so, the saga continues. What is the video game question of the day? Why what is your favorite fighting game, of course. I won’t spoil it, but suffice it to say that Nicole and I were on way opposite ends of the spectrum with our answers!
30 Day Video Game Challenge: Day 1
Nicole had this great idea that we should do a month’s worth of videos talking about different video game tidbits. Rather than elaborate I will simply direct to view the below, painstakingly-crafted video explaining the whole ordeal. Enjoy!
A Video Approaches!
Having been busy for quite some time Nicole thought it was overdue for us to post a video. It’s another VLOG which, aside from being the worst term I could come up with also indicates that we’re pretty much just rambling about our lives for a couple of minutes. It’s too short, scarcely informative and Eleanor starts chirping like a maniac about half-way through but hey, at least the quality is bad. So, that being said, enjoy and good luck in advance at pointing out my laughable hypocrisy in buying a Nintendo 3DS!
Pardon me while my Brain Explodes
Sorry for my lack of geeky updates, Geekspodcast readers! As you can see in my picture, I have more than I need to going on in my life. Learning my new and very detail-oriented job as a pharmacy tech, trying to memorize two different languages for school (Latin and Java), spring cleaning, taking care of my precious Eleanor, reading huge books in a small amount of time for my literature class (my next assignment? To finish the other HALF of Jane Eyre by Tuesday), rearranging hours and learning third key responsibilities at my game store job, making time for friends and family, create a theme song for our podcasts and a logo for Geekspodcast, and somehow, trying to squeeze a little bit of leisure into my schedule (sorry Lost, spring quarter is just a hellish time of year!). All the while I’m trying to get an idea of what I want to do post undergrad, so I am finishing my Psych degree (AS FAST AS POSSIBLE), fulfilling my music minor requirements, getting into Women’s Glee Club in the fall, joining Big Brothers Big Sisters in September, and considering graduate schools. Whew!
But no worries – once that magical month of June arrives I’ll be back on schedule with little to worry about except rollin’ in the dough.
Wish me luck this quarter – I so seriously need it to make it out sane.
