Today, Saturday, March 20, of 2010, New Moon hit stores for everyone to buy. Did we get the Blu-Ray version? Of course we did. Have we watched the Making-Of yet? Of course we have.It’s really the only relevant news to report, since nothing else even comes close to being this epic.

Eclipse, the third book in the Twilight series, came out today! There’s really nothing else to say here, except for I love you, Robert Pattinson. Make Twilight movies forever. 
Quite some time ago I abandoned my Yahoo! email because of the enormous amount of Spam I was receiving daily, but today while bored in class I decided to sort through it. At the very top was an email from Amazon telling me to “Pre-order your copy of Twilight…”. I immediately clicked the email after viewing the words “pre-order” and “Twilight“. Apparently Stephenie Meyer is releasing two graphic novels based on the first book in the Twilight series, whose illustrations will be done by Korean artist Young Kim. For those of us Twilight-fanatics (I guess I’m speaking to myself), we’ll be able to pick the first volume up on March 16 for $20. Buy it through Amazon and get it for $10.99! Just so you are all aware, I absolutely love The Editing Room. Their site consistently offers hilarious cut-down versions of the scripts of popular movies and their latest ripping apart of New Moon is no exception. I’m not sure how fond Nicole will be, but I definitely found it to be pretty accurate. It’s a fun read if you’ve got a few minutes to kill and if you’ve already seen New Moon it’s hilarious. …yep. You’d think this one would be completely for me, but deep down I think Josh may even be more excited than I am. The second movie of the Twilight series, New Moon, debuts today and nine of us are going to be waiting in line eagerly around 10PM at Polaris’ Rave Theater. If I’m lucky I’ll convince Josh to let me bring the video cam and we’ll take some video of all the teenagers (and then us) anticipating some hot vampire action. Stay tuned, we’ll be doing reviews for this cinematic masterpiece within a couple of days!
So I have no idea how I didn’t know about this sooner (news of this was supposedly released in April!), but I guess the developers of Scene It are releasing a Twilight edition. That’s right: a Scene It game strictly meant to quiz you on the first Twilight movie. Am I going to get it? You bet. Will my co-workers make fun of me for buying it? You bet. But am I ashamed? Absolutely not.
I know what you’re thinking, and you can keep your lips sealed!! But for all of us cultured folk, you’ll be excited to know the official full length New Moon trailer is out and can be viewed here. The second installment of Stephanie Meyer’s Twilight series will be in theaters on November 20th of this year (just in time for my birthday!).
