GeeksPodcast Episode 7: Revenge of the Warcraft Tablet

Snowball USB MicrophoneSo I’m sure our episode titles become odder as time goes on, but maybe one day we’ll break away from mashing our subjects together.  Until then though, check out our latest episode where we talk about how we were dragged back into re-activating our World of Warcraft accounts, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, meeting the artists behind Scarlet Veronica, and Nicole’s new Wacom tablet.  Also of note, we’ll be doing a live taste test of Baconnaise next week (as long as we can find it).

Episode 7: Revenge of the Warcraft Tablet

Just When I Think I’m Out…

NOOOOOOOOOOO!So this weekend our buddy Jon came over and much as I love him, I flat out loathe him at the moment.  Why you ask?  Because in one deft, influential, downright nefarious move he’s managed to re-ignite my interest in World of Warcraft and as such, I’m sitting here waiting for the latest patches to download so I can dive back into the fray.

Other than taking into my veins that sweet addiction that is Azeroth, today Nicole and I went swimming for a bit and watched a bit of The IT Crowd.  Between relaxing and running around with Jon all day, we also picked up a Wacom tablet for Nicole to start work on some digital art and possibly a webcomic here on the site, but we’re still ironing out the details.

While Nicole and I are busy sorting out what we’re going to talk about on the show tomorrow, I figured I’d also let you all know of some updates we’ve got planned for the site.  In addition to continuing to post on all things geek, we’re adding some enhancements including an eventual design change and also some improvements to how you can subscribe to the show.  We’re still hashing out the details, but suffice it to say interest has steadily grown in our site and we’re having a blast keeping it updated for you all.  So thanks for continuing to check us out and we’ll keep trying to find new ways to keep you entertained.

In closing, I’d love to stay and chat but I hear my 51 mage calling my name and I’m not one to leave a lady waiting.

Goodnight!
